INFRASTRUCTURE & LANDSCAPING WORKS (PACKAGE 2) AL KHRAIR (AL NOUD) AL AIN

Al Noud Project formerly Al Khrair district is a low-density Emirati housing development community, composed of several land uses, mostly being residential (3017 units), together with religious, schools, commercial, government, community facilities, open spaces, etc. spanning around 651 Hectares. Al Noud site is located approximately 13 km south-east of the Al Ain City Centre. It is about 169 km from Abu Dhabi International Airport via E-22 Highway and about 41 km from the Al Ain International Airport via the Truck Road.

AL JUBAIL ISLAND INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS PACKAGE 1 & JUBAIL ISLAND COLLECTIVE CONTRACT

The AED12 billion Jubail Island master planned project, developed and managed by LEAD Development, will be an idyllic collection of villages located between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island and will become Abu Dhabi’s leading sanctuary designed to appeal to wellness and nature enthusiasts, positioned amid the rich biodiversity of the mangroves.

The luxury project will span 2,800 hectares, offering wholesome F&B outlets and a wide range of facilities, including a beach club, a business center, a sports center, schools, supermarkets, nurseries, a community club, specialized clinics and other commercial establishments, and will be home to more than 10,000 residents.

ZAYED CITY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT INFRASTRUCTURE WORK FOR SOUTH SPINE PACKAGE 1

Zayed City formerly "Abu Dhabi Capital District", is a construction project which will be built 7 kilometers (4.3 miles) inland south of Abu Dhabi Island in the United Arab Emirates, between Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Abu Dhabi International Airport. The new district will be the seat of the UAE's federal government, and one of the key center pieces of Plan 2030. The district will also be the main location for Abu Dhabi's own central government bodies.
The project will also have a fully integrated transport system tying into the rest of the transport. Upon completion, the 4,900-hectare Zayed City will serve as a second downtown for Abu Dhabi proper and will be home to over 370,000 residents.

CONTRACT 0-12733 CONSTRUCTION OF TRUNK SEWER IN ABU DHABI MAINLAND ASSET ENHANCEMENT SCHEME -1 AREA 1, PART 1.

Khalifa City was subdivided into three areas: Khalifa City A, Khalifa City B, and New Khalifa City. They have since been renamed to Khalifa City, Shakhbout City, and Zayed City respectively. All of these are currently being developed into what will become three major new districts of Abu Dhabi.

Khalifa City A is on the main highway to Dubai, about 25 kilometers from Abu Dhabi, and is close to Abu Dhabi International Airport and Yas Island. Etihad Airways has its head office in Khalifa City A. Khalifa City A, which already has around 600-700 houses, will be adjacent to the prestigious Al Raha Beach project. This project will include residential and commercial units, as well as many international hotels. The project is being built by Aldar properties.
